Q 購買前可以看清楚產品狀況嗎?
A 可以。我們所有產品均按「以實物為準」出售,建議客人購買前親臨店舖查看,或仔細查閱網上照片確認產品外觀及狀況。二手電器可能會有正常使用痕跡,如花痕、凹痕或輕微鏽斑,這些情況不視為故障,亦不屬保養範圍。
Q 下單付款後可以退款嗎?
A 一般情況下,訂單一經確認及付款後恕不設退款。我們只會按實際情況酌情安排換貨,詳情請參閱換貨安排。
Q 下單後多久內要安排送貨或自取?
A 客人需於付款後 30 日內安排送貨或自取。若逾期未安排,訂單將視作取消處理,恕不另行通知,亦不設退款或換貨。
Q 如果送貨後發現尺寸不合怎麼辦?
A 如產品送達後因尺寸不合而需要更換,客人需支付產品差價、來回運費,以及貨品售價 30% 的行政費。建議客人在購買前先確認擺放位置、門口、走廊及升降機尺寸。
Q 可以幫我處理舊機嗎?
A 可以,但需要於下單時提前註明,並只限同類型電器。若屬特別情況,例如需要拆線或處理嵌入式電器,收費會另行報價。
About Order
Q Can I check the product condition before purchase?
A Yes. All products are sold on an “as-is” basis. Customers are advised to visit our store in person or review the online photos carefully before purchase. Minor scratches, dents, rust marks, or other signs of previous use are considered normal for second-hand appliances and are not regarded as defects.
Q Can I get a refund after placing an order?
A In general, once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it is non-refundable. Exchange may be arranged only at our discretion, subject to the applicable terms.
Q How long do I have to arrange delivery or pickup after payment?
A Customers must arrange delivery or self-pickup within 30 days after payment. If no arrangement is made within this period, the order will be treated as cancelled without further notice, and no refund or exchange will be provided.
Q What happens if the appliance does not fit after delivery?
A If the product cannot be installed due to size issues after delivery, customers are required to pay the price difference, delivery fee, and an administrative charge equal to 30% of the product price. We strongly recommend checking all dimensions before purchase.
Q Can you remove or dispose of my old appliance?
A Yes, but this must be stated when placing the order, and only applies to the same type of appliance. Additional charges may apply for special cases such as built-in units or appliances requiring disconnection work.

A 保養期由送貨當日或客人收貨當日開始計算,並以正式收據及送貨記錄為準。客人必須保留正式收據或保養單,否則我們有權拒絕提供保養服務。

A 不包括。二手電器常見的花痕、凹痕、鏽斑、膠件變黃或標籤脫色,均屬正常使用痕跡,不視為產品故障。
Q 哪些情況不屬保養範圍?
A 包括但不限於人為損壞、不當使用、錯誤操作、電壓異常、水壓或排水問題、昆蟲鼠害、非本公司或非本公司委派師傅安裝或維修、自行搬運造成損壞、以及安裝環境不符合建議要求等情況。
Q 如果雪櫃或洗衣機使用方法不當,還有保養嗎?
A 不屬保養範圍。例如雪櫃未經靜置足夠時間便通電、洗衣機長期超重使用、甩乾不平衡、放入不合適物品或長期不清潔過濾位置等,均可能導致保養失效。
Q 若產品出現問題,你們會賠償食物損失或其他損失嗎?
A 不會。本店不承擔因產品問題所引致的食物變壞、漏水裝修損失、營業損失或其他直接及間接損失;責任僅限於保養範圍內的檢查、維修或更換同等電器。
About Warranty
Q When does the warranty period start?
A The warranty period starts from the delivery date or the date the customer receives the product, based on the official receipt and delivery record. Customers must keep the official receipt or warranty slip for any warranty claim.
Q What does the warranty cover?
A The warranty only covers functional mechanical faults. It does not cover cosmetic issues, aging plastic parts, consumables, or sensory issues such as minor noise, vibration, or color difference that do not affect operation.
Q Are cosmetic defects covered under warranty?
A No. Scratches, dents, rust marks, yellowing plastic parts, and faded labels are considered normal signs of use for second-hand appliances and are not covered by warranty.
Q What is not covered by the warranty?
A The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, incorrect operation, unstable voltage, water pressure or drainage problems, insect or rodent infestation, unauthorized installation or repair, self-moving damage, or unsuitable installation environments.
Q Will improper use void the warranty?
A Yes. Examples include powering on a refrigerator without sufficient resting time, overloading a washing machine, poor load balance during spin cycles, placing unsuitable items inside, or failing to clean filters and drainage areas regularly.
Q Do you compensate for food spoilage or other losses?
A No. We are not responsible for food spoilage, water leakage damage, renovation loss, business interruption, or any direct or indirect loss. Our responsibility is limited to inspection, repair, or replacement with an equivalent appliance within the warranty scope.

Q 保養期內上門檢查是否免費?
A 如屬首 30 日內的產品本身故障,並確認並非人為或外圍因素所致,我們會提供保養範圍內的免費檢查及維修服務。
Q 什麼情況下需要收取檢查費?
A 如經師傅判斷問題屬人為因素或外圍因素所引致,家用電器檢查費為每次 $400,商用電器則為每次 $600。
Q 如果是在停車位置交收,之後要上門檢查會怎樣收費?
A 如產品當初在停車位置交收,其後如需安排上門檢查,相關收費由 $200 起;如需行樓梯,3 至 5 層每層加收 $100,6 層或以上每層加收 $200。
Q 師傅上門時有什麼需要注意?
A 客人需確保有人在約定時間內到場,並提供安全及足夠空間讓師傅檢查或維修。如現場環境不適合工作、雜物過多,或客人未能準時到場,均可能產生額外費用。
About Inspection and Repair
Q Is on-site inspection free during the warranty period?
A If the product develops a fault within the first 30 days and the issue is confirmed to be a product fault rather than caused by human or external factors, inspection and repair within the warranty scope will be provided free of charge.
Q When will inspection fees be charged?
A If the technician determines that the issue is caused by human action or external factors, the inspection fee is $400 per visit for household appliances and $600 per visit for commercial appliances.
Q Is there any extra charge for on-site inspection after parking-area delivery?
A Yes. If the product was delivered at a parking location and on-site inspection is later required, charges start from $200. Stair charges also apply where necessary.
Q What should I prepare for a technician visit?
A Customers must ensure someone is present on time and that there is enough safe working space for inspection or repair. Extra charges may apply if the technician cannot work safely or if the customer is absent.

Q 送貨有沒有額外收費?
A 除基本送貨安排外,如涉及推路程、搬樓梯、特殊環境、停車場費或卸貨區費用,均需額外收費,並以現場情況及師傅最終報價為準。建議客人購買前先向客服查詢。
Q 樓梯費和推路費怎樣計算?

Q 如果我選擇在停車位置收貨,會包安裝嗎?
A 不會。凡選擇在停車位置交收,一律不安排上門安裝。
Q 如果送貨當日我未能準時收貨怎麼辦?
A 送貨員到達前會先聯絡客人,如客人未能於約定時間到達收貨地點,每 5 分鐘會收取 $20 等候費。若送貨員到達後超過 10 分鐘仍未能完成交收,送貨員有權離開,重新安排送貨時客人需支付額外 $300 運費。
About Delivery
Q Are there any additional delivery charges?
A Yes. Extra charges may apply for long walking distance, stairs, special site conditions, parking fees, or unloading area charges. Final charges are subject to the actual environment and on-site assessment by the technician.
Q How are stair and distance charges calculated?
A Charges depend on the type and size of the appliance, the walking distance, and the number of stair levels involved. Commercial appliances are not included in the standard charge table and require a separate quotation.
Q If I choose parking-area delivery, will installation be included?
A No. If the product is delivered at a parking location, on-site installation will not be provided.
Q What if I am late to receive the delivery?
A Our delivery staff will contact the customer before arrival. A waiting fee of $20 will be charged for every 5 minutes of delay. If the customer is unavailable for more than 10 minutes after arrival, the delivery may be cancelled and a re-delivery fee of $300 will apply.

Q Do you have any surcharges for shipping?
A Under normal circumstances, all additional transportation costs, such as parking / unloading area fees, will be charged to the customer on a reimbursement basis. If there are stairs or steps, please quote separately.
